I did an easy easy twelve with my sister today. She's running with the at&t half group and since I'll my buddies are in CA i ran with her group. We were probably going around 9 minute pace so it was a bit different than the running I've been doing lately...but it was really nice to catch up with Katie and spend time with her!
pluses: great weather, Xmas party
minsuses: lots of cleaning to do
