I did a four mile tempo today with Larry, Ken, and Andrew. For them, it was supposed to be more of a mgp run...but we ended at around a 6 min pace...so it was definitely not mgp for me :) I wanted to run faster today because I haven't run fast since the marathon 3 weeks ago...so I just wanted to get the legs going a bit. We ended up with about 5 miles of total running so I'm right on track for my mileage goals this week. Yay for one week of consistency!
pluses: had a great dinner w/ katie last night, UT game tonight!
minuses: blister on my heel from my flippers won't go away
